Progressive Audio Strength Training Program - Lower Body Strength

Welcome back to the Tactile Training Newsletter. I am very excited for this week’s newsletter, and you should be too. With spring and summer around the corner, we all want to get our glutes, quads, and calves ready for some fun in the sun. To help you prep, I’m sharing a progressive audio training program for your lower body, complete with descriptive exercise libraries that pair with the program.

Please note: The following training program is progressive in nature. This means you should start with the level one program and only progress to levels two or three as you complete the lower levels with relative ease. As always, consult with a physician before beginning any new training program.

Tactile Training: Audio Strength Training Program Level One

  • The following is the Tactile Training Level One Lower Body Audio Exercise Library. This Audio Exercise Library will teach you to perform all of the exercises featured in the Level One Lower Body Workout Program. Please listen to the exercise library first to learn the movements you will perform in the level one workout program.

This Exercise Library will teach you to perform the exercises featured in the Level Two Lower Body Workout Program. Please listen and learn the movements described in the exercise library before performing the level two workout program.
